Hyundai Motor America is pleased to announce the release of the All-new 2022MY Kona N. The 2022 Kona N is the latest addition to Hyundai’s growing N lineup and distills the high-performance philosophy of the N brand into a SUV body style for the first time. The result is a winning combination of spirited acceleration, agility, and versatility.

The all-new Kona N is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter direct-injected engine that delivers 276HP and 289 lb-ft of torque and uses flat power technology to ensure consistent acceleration through a wide rpm range. When maximum power is needed, drivers can press the red N Grin Shift (NGS) button on the steering wheel to engage turbo over boost and increase output by an additional 10 HP for up to 20 seconds. Kona N’s engine is mated to an N exclusive eight-speed wet, dual-clutch transmission (N DCT) for quick and precise gear shifts and downshift rev matching. Kona N is also equipped with the N Corner Carving Differential – an electronic, limited-slip differential (E-LSD) that optimizes torque distribution to driven wheels and prevents understeer for more precise control when carving corners.

Further amplifying the driving experience, 2022 Kona N is equipped with Launch Control, a Variable Exhaust System, and most notably, the N Grin Control System. The N Grin Control System offers customers a high level of customization, with five distinct drive modes: Eco, Normal, Sport, N and Custom. These drive modes change the character of the Kona N and allow drivers to optimize the parameters of the engine, Electronic Stability Control, exhaust note, and steering feel for driving conditions on the racetrack or the road.

The exterior of the 2022 Kona N communicates its racetrack readiness and dynamic driving spirit. The combination of body-colored fenders and exclusive 19-inch alloy wheels give it a confident stance while the Pirelli P Zero tires fill out all four corners. Kona N’s front lip spoiler, double-wing roof spoiler and side valance enhance aerodynamic efficiency while the lower air intake provides needed engine cooling during hot laps and spirited driving. Inside, Kona N is equipped with a new 10.25-inch infotainment and digital cluster system featuring an exclusive racing display which can show lap times as well as crucial performance information. Unique details including the N sport bucket seats trimmed in leather and suede, leather wrapped steering wheel, and shift knob with N badging are both beautiful and functional. 2022 Kona N convenience features include Hyundai Digital Key, automatic temperature control, heated front seats, power driver’s seat with lumbar support, proximity key with push-button start, Harman Kardon® premium audio, dual front USB outlets, wireless device charging, and so much more.

To ensure safe daily drives even as a high-performance SUV, 2022MY Kona N comes standard with a full array of advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) features, including Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Lane Following Assist (LFA), Driver Attention Warning (DAW), High Beam Assist (HBA), Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA), Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Alert (RCCA) and Safe Exit Warning (SEW).

Simply the Best Service

Most places just sell parts and when you call them it feels like you are bothering them. My last transaction with GENRACER left nothing to be desired, meaning it could have not been better. I purchased front and rear WHITELINE sway bars, front & rear DBA rotors, and EBC YELLOWSTUFF brake pads. I called just after I ordered the parts because I received an "out of stock" email notification. When I called back to chat with someone *** answered the phone. He couldn't have been more knowledgeable about exactly what I was looking for when it came to the right brake pad for my needs (street/track). Come to find out the pads I picked (DBA's) were not the best pads for my application so im very glad I talked to ***!! So Awesome

Order came fast and looks amazing on my car. I did have one problem where one tail light would blink sequentially and the other didn’t. I sent an email late in the day inquiring about it. I wasn’t expecting a response until at least the following day as it was so late. Within an hour they had gotten back to me informing me of a switch on the inside of the housing where you can choose sequential or regular. Sweet! Top notch customer service.
