The 2013 model year brings a facelift inside and out, more tech options in the cabin, suspension improvements, and most notably a substantial increase in power under the hood. The larger of the two engine options, the reworked 3.8 liter engine in the 2013 Genesis Coupe boasts an impressive 348 break horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. And now, owners of the 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 liter can have a guaranteed increase in horsepower and acceleration with the K&N 69-5310TS Typhoon performance air intake system.
The 69-5310TS air intake system is a perfect performance upgrade to accompany the improvements Hyundai made for 2013 Genesis Coupe 3.8 liter. It comes with a large 4" diameter aluminum air intake tube to streamline airflow into the engine and a heat shield to help protect the incoming air from radiant heat in the engine bay. The tube comes in a silver finish that not only looks fantastic, but is very durable and will maintain its shine for many years to come. The 69-5310TS system also utilizes the factory fresh air inlet scoop to further increase air intake performance.
The RC-5138 conical air filter on the inlet of the intake tube is oversized to help minimize restriction, while utilizing K&N's oiled cotton air filter material to provide outstanding air filtration and engine protection. The filter is washable and reusable and can go for up to 100,000 miles between cleanings depending on driving conditions. When it does come time to service the filter, simply wash and reoil it using one of K&N's Recharger Kits.

Most places just sell parts and when you call them it feels like you are bothering them. My last transaction with GENRACER left nothing to be desired, meaning it could have not been better. I purchased front and rear WHITELINE sway bars, front & rear DBA rotors, and EBC YELLOWSTUFF brake pads. I called just after I ordered the parts because I received an "out of stock" email notification. When I called back to chat with someone *** answered the phone. He couldn't have been more knowledgeable about exactly what I was looking for when it came to the right brake pad for my needs (street/track). Come to find out the pads I picked (DBA's) were not the best pads for my application so im very glad I talked to ***!! I just recently had everything installed, bedded the pads and I am so happy I used GenRacer for my 16 R-Spec Coupe!! Thanks again ***!!!

Order came fast and looks amazing on my car. I did have one problem where one tail light would blink sequentially and the other didn’t. I sent an email late in the day inquiring about it. I wasn’t expecting a response until at least the following day as it was so late. Within an hour they had gotten back to me informing me of a switch on the inside of the housing where you can choose sequential or regular. Sweet! Top notch customer service.
